This Principal Architect role combines complex project oversight with business development and client presentations. You will identify new opportunities, support marketing programs, and establish local relationships supporting sales. You will also guide design teams, approve technical documentation, and advise on cutting-edge architectural and construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in proposals, presentations, and external engagements

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Establish relationships supporting local market sales





Coordinate teams and supervise complex architectural tasks

Act as a primary client contact throughout project phases

Requirements

15+ years’ experience in architectural design and leadership

Architecture degree at bachelor’s or master’s level

Valid Registered Architect license to practice

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Understanding of business development and financial management

Use architectural expertise, communication strength, and business acumen to expand WalterFedy’s project portfolio and client connections.
