As Principal Full-Stack Developer, you will guide shared services and components used across MaintainX and Autodesk Operations Solutions. You will work across APIs, design systems, developer tooling, release foundations, and runtime reliability. The role combines technical direction, large project delivery, architecture proposals, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
Key Responsibilities
Set technical direction for shared platform services and components
Design APIs, tools, and design system components
Lead ambiguous projects from planning through production
Own reliability and performance across a platform domain
Mentor senior and staff engineers through code reviews
Requirements
10+ years building full-stack web or mobile products
Deep hands-on TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience
Experience designing shared systems at scale
Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development
Daily use of AI tools in development workflows
