The Principal AI Engineer will influence platform initiatives supporting Sun Life contact centers in Canada, Asia, and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate across teams on integrated AI/ML platform solutions
- Establish standards for infrastructure, security, and operations
- Support infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code practices




- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend engineering practices
- Coach junior engineers within an Agile team setting Requirements:
- At least 10 years of engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
- Production experience with GenAI models, RAG, and agentic systems
