Job Summary The Product Technician assesses and documents items as they come in and process them as needed.

This includes

1. Sanitizing/cleaning the products
2. Checking for quality/integrity.
3. Ordering parts/ materials, for repairing products prior to sale.
4. Inventory tracking and processing the products before/during/after repair.
5. moving inventory in a warehouse setting.

Duties

- Assist with product assembly, inspection, testing, and maintenance; follow relevant schematics and document results accurately.
- Investigate faults, perform basic debugging, and communicate findings to support timely resolution.
- Prepare and organize product documentation, presentations, and project updates using appropriate computer tools.
- Coordinate assigned tasks, track progress, and collaborate with colleagues on product improvements and process changes.

Qualifications Required: Practical mechanical knowledge,



basic computer operation, transparent communication, organization, and analytical skills to support testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Math skills and careful attention to detail help ensure reliable results and accurate records.

Preferred: Related product development, manufacturing, laboratory, maintenance, CAD, or drafting experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is helpful.
