Product Support Technician

Rototilt Inc. is the Canadian supplier of industry‑leading tiltrotators and accessories. All Rototilt products are engineered and manufactured in Vindeln, Sweden, and distributed worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Product Support Technican to support our growing dealer network across Canada.

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support and installation training to dealers and customers
- Perform both shop-based and field installations
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment
- Read schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues
- Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Travel throughout the Canada and occasionally the US to support customers and dealers
- Work closely with our technical team to deliver industry-leading support
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication and customer service

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience servicing mobile or heavy equipment
- 421A red seal certification or apprenticeship would be considered an asset




- Solid knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Comfortable using digital software and programming tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and responsive to customer needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively and maintain a flexible schedule
- Valid passport required
