Product support sales in Beaumont, Texas, requires customer relationship skills and knowledge of equipment components. This ASCO role serves the Service Department. As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will sell preventative maintenance packages, parts, and shop or field service repairs.
You will call on current ASCO customers and develop current accounts across assigned customer offices, shops, and jobsites. The position also includes quoting service work, addressing concerns, providing applicable technical support, and managing CRM follow-up.
