We're looking to add new team members across ALL THREE SHIFTS at Cassidy Manufacturing!

Are you someone who shows up, has a positive attitude, takes pride in doing a good job, and is willing to learn something current? You don't need previous manufacturing experience to get started. We're looking for the right people with the right attitude, mechanical aptitude, who are interested in building new skills and developing a career in manufacturing.

We are offering an opportunity to learn machining from the ground up!

Successful candidates will initially join our team as a Production Support Team Member, where they will spend their first few months learning our processes, becoming familiar with the manufacturing environment, and developing the foundational skills needed to succeed.

From there, the opportunity is to transition into CNC Operator training, with the goal of developing the knowledge and skills to become a valued member of our CNC machining team.

What we're looking for:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing a good job in a physically demanding role
- Dependability and a commitment to being part of a team.
- An interest in learning machining and developing new skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift, including prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands and fingers requiring manual dexterity, coordination, and control.
- The ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and workplace expectations.





No previous manufacturing or machining experience is necessary but a definite asset. We are willing to train the right individuals!

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

We are currently recruiting for all three shifts:

- Day Shift - Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm
- Evening Shift - Sunday to Thursday - from 3 pm - 11:30 pm - plus shift premium rates
- Overnight Shift - Sunday to Thursday - from 11 pm to 7:30 am - plus shift premium rates

All applicants MUST indicate their preferred shift when applying. If you are available to work any of the three shifts, please indicate that in your application. Please be aware that candidates with open availability will be considered for overnight shift placement first, as this is currently our highest recruitment priority.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Manitoba Residents Only: All applicants must currently reside in Manitoba, or we will not review application.
- Reliable Transportation: Due to our location and the limited availability of public transportation in the area, applicants must have a reliable way of getting to and from work for their scheduled shifts. Personal transportation is preferred; however, established carpooling arrangements or other dependable transportation options will also be considered.
