Crown care Cleaning is seeking hardworking and reliable home cleaners to join our team. As a local business, we provide cleaning services to clients in Regina and surrounding area. This position is an Independent Contractor (IC) role. As a IC, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work and the areas you prefer.

Care handles booking appointments for you based on your availability. We believe in fairly compensating our cleaners for their hard work, and therefore pay a very competitive wage. Specific details about the position will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities

- Reliability and punctuality in arriving to all scheduled appointments on time
- Dedication towards providing 100% client satisfaction in every cleaning
- 2-3 years of experience in residential home cleaning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve any challenges that may arise on the job
- Organization in keeping their schedules and cleaning supplies stocked and available
- A positive attitude and honesty in all interactions
- Ability to perform strenuous cleans - Deep cleans, move out cleans, etc.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens




- Provide your own supplies and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and clutter
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Organize work schedules efficiently to maximize productivity within designated timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols
- High Level of understanding of booking software (Booking Koala)

Requirements
- Class 5 Driver's License and Personal Vehicle
- Proven experience in residential cleaning
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Valuable interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for work assignments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
