Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using power tools. ## Duties - Perform painting duties for both residential and commercial properties - Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and smoothing prior to painting - Apply paint or other finishes using sprayers, brushes, or rollers - Utilize caulking and drywall techniques as needed - Read and interpret blueprints for painting projects - Collaborate with carpenters to build and repair structures as required ## Qualifications - Proven experience in residential and commercial painting - Proficiency in using power tools for painting tasks - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients - Familiarity with blueprint reading for painting projects

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
