The Wainwright Association for Community Living (WAFCL) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Residential/SIL Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for one of our residential support programs and few individuals receiving supports through our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program. This full-time position is responsible for supervising and mentoring frontline staff, ensuring quality service delivery, coordinating schedules, monitoring documentation and compliance requirements, and promoting person-centered supports that foster independence, community inclusion, and an enhanced quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals, families, guardians, community partners, and funding agencies while ensuring agency policies, PDD standards, and best practices are consistently maintained. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential,



along with experience in the human services field and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and participation in an on-call rotation are required.
