The position focuses on financial organization, project performance, and solid working relationships. You will work independently while contributing to collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor project costs against approved budgets Review subcontractor invoices, change orders, and holdbacks Prepare monthly progress billing invoices Complete reconciliations, forecasting, and project reports Coordinate construction holdback releases with stakeholders Two to three years of project accounting experience Job costing experience, preferably in construction Accounting, Finance, or related degree or diploma Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency Apply project accounting, job costing, and Excel skills while supporting accurate construction budgets, billing, reporting, and close processes.
