- Project Coordinator to support a Data Analytics cloud migration program, This role will coordinate across business users and technology teams manage meeting cadences and drive follow ups to keep work on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project meetings including scheduling preparing agendas and capturing notes decisions.
- Track and follow up on action items issues risks and dependencies to closure.
- Maintain project documentation plans status reports RAID logs decision logs.
- Interface with business users and technology teams to support requirements updates and issue resolution.
- Support testing UAT coordination communications and migration readiness activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud migration andor data analytics projects preferred SAS Python Oracle.
- Strong excel experience with data and pivot tables.
- Experience in project coordination PMO support on technology initiatives.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Proficiency with MS Teams PowerPoint familiarity with Jira Confluence.
