We are seeking an experienced construction Project Coordinator to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, safety, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and RFIs
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Marine construction experience an asset
- Robust knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
