Your Impact And Responsibilities As a key driver of our development process, you will be the central hub connecting diverse teams and ensuring a unified path forward. Your proactive approach and innovative mindset will be invaluable as you guide projects from concept to completion. - Leading essential daily stand-ups and production syncs, facilitating critical cross-departmental alignment for a single, unified project vision.
- Developing, maintaining,



and diligently monitoring master production schedules, sprint backlogs, and milestone deliverables utilizing industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strategically managing studio resource allocation and optimizing team bandwidth to ensure efficient progress across all development phases.
- Proactively identifying and tracking functional dependencies, flagging potential staffing or scope risks early in the development pipeline to mitigate challenges before they arise.
- Effectively budgeting task time within Jira, focusing solely on project timelines and resource allocation to maintain project velocity.
- Attending director meetings, distilling critical action items, and ensuring perfect alignment across all departments, particularly those focused on gameplay features, animation, and level design.

Must-Have Qualifications To excel in this pivotal role, you will bring a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of game development:

- Demonstrated experience working directly in console game development, having successfully shipped at least 1–2 titles. Direct, hands-on experience with the iterative process of game making is essential.
- Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, specifically tailored for game development pipelines.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence for seamless project tracking and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to motivate and unify multi-disciplinary creative and technical teams.
- A foundational technical awareness of game development and asset creation pipelines.
