Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Snypar Technologies.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of software and AI initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks across cross-functional engineering, data, and product teams. Daily responsibilities include defining project scopes and milestones, managing timelines and budgets, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring quality standards are met through regular reviews and inspections.



The role involves coordinating logistics for project resources, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and providing explicit status updates and reports to internal and external partners.

The Project

Manager will also support continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools to enhance efficiency, predictability, and collaboration across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to effectively coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules across multiple workstreams.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify deliverables, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle project resource allocation, dependencies, and operational coordination.
- Proven experience managing software or technology projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices is highly beneficial.
