We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Full-Time Property Manager/Leasing Agent & Administrator to manage a portfolio of approx. 100 doors while overseeing administrative tasks for the organization. This role requires collaboration with building managers and the marketing team to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Some Travel is required (within 100km of city limits) Mileage reimbursed
Key Responsibilities
Property Management: Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of approximately 100 doors, ensuring high-quality tenant experiences and effective management of leasing processes. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, to ensure high satisfaction levels
Administrative Support: Collaborate closely with building managers to provide administrative assistance and ensure compliance throughout the claims process.
Maintenance Coordination: Respond to maintenance and service requests, write work orders, and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to ensure leasing operations run smoothly, including boosting ads and updating property databases with photos.
Pest Control Management: Lead pest control appointments and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Along with reviewing inspection reports & invoices to maintain accurate records.
Skills and Expectations
Robust office experience with excellent data entry and filing skills
Previous administrative experience in a property management or real estate setting
Effective sales skills for leasing activities and tenant retention efforts
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Valid drivers license with clean abstract required as well as a reliable vehicle
Experience with ORT claims, including security deposit claims, monetary claims, and eviction processes, a definite asset.
