Our client is an established property management company with a long-standing presence in Ontario's residential real estate market. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee approximately 350 suites across a stabilized portfolio of legacy residential buildings in the Oakville–Burlington area.

Your Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of approximately 350 residential suites across several established properties, supported by an existing team of superintendents and head-office resources.

You will manage maintenance operations, coordinate contractors, oversee building staff, address escalated resident concerns and maintain strong relationships with ownership. Your responsibilities will also include property inspections, operational reporting and ensuring the portfolio operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

This is a hands-on position where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions,



solve problems and take ownership of your portfolio while contributing to broader operational improvements.

What Sets You Apart

You are an experienced multi-residential Property Manager with a strong understanding of Ontario's residential rental market, ideally including established or legacy buildings.

You are comfortable managing superintendents, coordinating maintenance, navigating resident concerns and communicating directly with property owners. Organized, responsive, and resourceful, you know how to balance competing priorities without extensive supervision.

Most importantly, you are proactive and entrepreneurial. You enjoy improving processes, contributing ideas and being part of a company where your efforts can make a visible difference.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus targeted at 10% of base salary, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
