This full time Supervisor, Customer Service, supports the City Manager's Office in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The position combines people leadership with customer service expertise, service standards, performance measurement, and operational problem-solving.

Working with the Manager, Customer Service, you will help deliver centralized services for residents and community members.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor service delivery across front-counter and telephone support
- Oversee email and digital service channels
- Give direction, motivate, and recognize staff
- Resolve escalated issues for residents and community members




- Identify trends and implement practical service improvements Requirements:
- Minimum three years leadership experience in service delivery or customer experience
- Public sector experience preferred
- Diploma in public administration, business administration, communications, or related field
- Ability to interpret operational data and identify trends
