We are looking for a full-time Quality Control Assistant.

The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

- Assist with First Article, incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Document inspection results and non-conformances
- Assist with mold inspections and production readiness verification
- Support mold maintenance and repair activities as required
- Maintain quality, production, and traceability records
- Verify materials, tooling, and documentation are available prior to production
- Support prototype, first article, and new product introduction activities
- Assist with ISO documentation and audit preparation
- Support calibration activities and measurement equipment control
- Assist with corrective action investigations through data collection and evidence gathering
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Participate in production activities as required by the Production Manager
- Perform other duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Minimum high school diploma
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, quality, inspection, production support, or technical experience preferred




- Experience using measuring and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related tools
- Experience working with part drawings, work instructions, ERP systems, or ISO quality systems is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working within ERP or manufacturing software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
