About the role

If you've done quality work in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, natural health, or any GMP or GPP-regulated manufacturing, your experience carries over. You'll review records, support product release, apply quality risk management to our products and processes, and keep our quality systems healthy day to day. We care more about a sharp eye and a quality-first mindset than a perfect list of acronyms, and we'll help you grow into whatever is current.

What you'll do

- Review batch and packaging records to support product release

- Help investigate deviations and see CAPAs and change controls through to close

- Apply quality risk management to our products and processes, flagging and controlling risks before they reach a batch

- Write and update SOPs, and keep our controlled documents current and organized

- Help with quality complaints and recall readiness

- Support internal checks and help us prepare for audits

- Lend a hand with supplier qualification, stability, and monitoring data





- Keep strong documentation habits and data integrity in everything we do

What you bring

- Some QA experience in a GMP or GPP-regulated setting (pharmaceutical, biotech, food, natural health, or similar). Around 2+ years is a nice fit, but tell us what you've got
- A science background helps (chemistry, microbiology, biology, food or pharmaceutical science), though hands-on QA experience counts just as much

- Comfort reviewing records and supporting product release

- Familiarity with deviations, CAPA, change control, SOPs, and document control, or the eagerness to grow into them

- Comfort with quality risk management, identifying, assessing, and controlling risks to product quality

- Experience with export or international GMP (such as EU-GMP or GDP) is a nice bonus, not a must
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things right

- Able to work onsite in Abbotsford, BC and legally eligible to work in Canada
