Oversee year-end reporting, NTRs, tax returns, and GST compliance

Requirements

Five-plus years of progressive accounting experience

Real estate, construction, or property management experience preferred

Robust project accounting and construction financing knowledge

Experience with lenders, investors, and external stakeholders

QuickBooks or Sage proficiency and advanced Excel skills
