Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing matters.
- Drafting legal documents such as purchase agreements, credit agreements, commercial leases and closing documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house focusing on commercial real estate
- A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be professional and be dependable with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere.
