Join our team at Lakeview Physiotherapy Clinic & Lakeview Movement Studio!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team in a part-time Reception and Clinic Support role. This is a great fit for those individuals who are mature, cheerful, organized, detail oriented; strive for task accuracy and who thrive on multitasking.

This permanent part-time position starts in 1 - 2 weeks!

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Varied November and December availability, including Saturday 8am – 3pm is required. A regular weekly schedule will begin in January 2027 and is expected to be Mondays and Thursdays from 11:30am – 7:30pm and 1 – 2 Saturday shifts per month. There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts to cover for illness and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

· Welcome clients and provide cheerful, informed and professional customer service

· Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries

· Process payments, invoices, insurance claims, and end-of-day reconciliation

· Support practitioners, prepare rooms, complete laundry, and help keep the clinic organized

What We’re Looking For:

· Excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills

· Accuracy with payments; point-of-sale experience

· Organized, detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking, with the strong working memory needed to track and prioritize a continuous queue of pending tasks.

· Comfortable with light physical clinic tasks

· Experience with Jane App is an asset





· Proficiency and confidence using computers, cloud-based systems, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to switch rapidly between multiple active platforms in a rapid-paced environment

· MOA certificate and sterilization training are assets

Lakeview Physiotherapy Clinic and Lakeview Movement Studio are combined multi-disciplinary practices offering orthopedics, pelvic health, peri-natal care, pediatrics, Physio-Pilates, Pilates instruction, registered massage therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our two locations are across the street from each other in the SW community of Lakeview, and each has plenty of free parking for staff and clients.
