Job Overview The Receptionist welcomes visitors, supports daily office operations, and helps keep information and communications organized. This front desk role combines customer service with phone support, data entry, and clerical tasks, helping colleagues and visitors connect with the right resources.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide courteous customer support at the front desk.
- Answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, applying professional phone etiquette.
- Complete data entry and typing tasks, proofread documents, and maintain organized digital and paper files.
- Support administrative workflows through filing, scheduling coordination, and routine office tasks.

Skills Required: Strong customer service, transparent phone etiquette, organizational skills, accurate data entry, typing, proofreading,



and general computer skills are practical capabilities for managing front desk communications and records. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace supports everyday documentation and coordination.

Preferred: Office, clerical, administrative, or customer support experience is helpful, as is familiarity with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, filing, or multi-line phone systems. Medical or dental office experience, including dental receptionist work, is also advantageous.

Pay: $17.00-$27.00 per hour
