You will lead Regional Managers serving Workplace Retirement clients and align regional execution with national objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers across Eastern Canada

Execute strategies supporting retention, growth, satisfaction, and portfolio performance

Build relationships with clients, advisors, consultants, and stakeholders

Resolve complex client, advisor,



and operational escalations

Oversee workforce planning, resources, and succession planning

Requirements

10+ years in financial services, including Workplace Retirement experience

Success leading leaders and developing high-performing teams

Strong relationship management, business growth, and retention expertise

Strategic planning, analytical, influencing, and negotiation capabilities

Related post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
