Lead regional sales across Quebec and Eastern Canada while coaching representatives and growing LTL, TL, ErbX, and ECS revenue. Work hybrid through customer-facing activities, the Vaudreuil-Dorion office, and work from home.

The Erb Group seeks a Director of Sales reporting to the VP of Sales. You will guide regional strategy, accountability, CRM adoption, and execution across four business units. The position combines approximately 70% team leadership with 30% individual account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Coach representatives through meetings, customer visits, and practical feedback

Set expectations, review performance, and address performance gaps

Develop regional strategies and annual growth plans with the VP

Lead prospecting, retention, expansion,



and cross-selling activities

Own forecasts, reporting, CRM adoption, and pipeline reviews

Requirements

Ability to lead and develop regional sales representatives

Ability to manage performance reviews and improvement plans

Ability to sell across LTL, TL, ErbX, and ECS

Ability to manage strategic accounts and pursue new customers

Ability to coordinate sales with operations and support teams

Direct Quebec and Eastern Canada sales through coaching, strategy, CRM discipline, account growth, and collaborative customer support.
