Lead Meridian Wealth Management strategy from Toronto in a hybrid regional leadership role requiring financial services sales management expertise.

The Regional Vice President Wealth provides direction for implementation and ongoing support of Meridian’s Wealth Management strategy. You will lead Senior Financial Planners, Financial Planners, Private Investment Advisors, and Associates while supporting sales plans, budgets, operational goals, and member experience. The role includes regular travel throughout Central and Eastern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and recruit wealth advisory teams

Enforce practice management standards and conduct performance reviews

Support complex financial planning and investment solutions





Lead change initiatives and manage regional wealth results

Monitor audits, compliance requirements, and advisor file reviews

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience

Seven to ten years’ related financial services sales management experience

IIROC or MFDA licensing

In-depth Wealth Management products and services knowledge

Financial Planning designation or insurance license is an asset
