At Active Back to Health, we are dedicated to being Calgary’s clinic of choice for spine and natural health care. We are seeking a high-caliber Registered Massage Therapist with certified training in prenatal/pregnancy massage to join our established multidisciplinary team.

We have built a turnkey facility designed for practitioners who care deeply about clinical outcomes, value cross-professional co-management, and operate with personal accountability.

· Clinically Qualified: Registered in valuable standing in Alberta (2200 hrs equivalent) with certified training in .

· Hungry & Driven: You are eager to grow your practice, master treatment planning, and consistently re-book patients through clear clinical communication and measurable results.

· Smart & Self-Directed: You solve problems proactively, manage your day with minimal oversight, and deliver outstanding patient care independently while staying fully aligned with clinic standards.

· Collaborative: You actively cross-refer with our Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Medical Doctor, and Nutritionist to build total-body care plans.

· Flexible Availability: Willing and available to cover key clinic shifts, including weekends, to meet patient demand.

This Role Is NOT For You If...

· You prefer to work in isolation and rarely cross-refer patients to other disciplines.





· You view massage as purely relaxation-focused rather than objective, result-driven treatment planning.

· You are uncomfortable receiving direct feedback or adapting to team workflows.

· You expect a fully populated schedule without active participation in patient education, treatment recommendations, and care plan compliance.
