About the Role As an RMT at Electra Health, you'll have the opportunity to build and maintain your own patient base while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality, patient-centred massage therapy treatments.
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Educating patients on their treatment, recovery, and ongoing care.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate.
- Building strong therapeutic relationships that support patient retention and long-term treatment outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), or eligible for registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-centred approach to treatment and care.
- A collaborative, qualified, and positive attitude.
- An interest in building a thriving, long-term practice.

Location: Electra Health, 970 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC

Schedule: Full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation: Competitive percentage-based split, discussed during the interview process.
