We are seeking a passionate and skilled Female Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. To best serve our existing demographic and specific client preferences for sensitive and specialized wellness care, we are explicitly looking to replace our current female practitioner who is re-locating to a different region. The candidate will be taking over an incredibly loyal, established client base.
The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele.
- Competitive split 65:35
- Part-time - 2.5 - 3 days a week

Duties/Responsibilites
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Keep detailed treatment records accurately for each client in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude within a team workplace.
