Overview The Registered Massage Therapist provides attentive, client-focused massage services, adapting each session to clients’ needs and communicating clearly throughout their visit. This role combines practical treatment skills, accurate use of medical terminology, and a welcoming approach to customer service.

Duties

- Discuss client needs, relevant health information, and session goals using transparent, respectful communication.
- Deliver massage treatments suited to the client’s stated needs, monitor comfort, and adjust techniques appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment details and relevant observations.
- Explain aftercare guidance and respond to questions in a professional, supportive manner.

Qualifications

Required: Practical massage therapy skills,



clear communication, customer service, and the ability to use medical terminology accurately when discussing treatment and documenting client information. Careful listening, sound judgment, and attention to client comfort support safe, responsive sessions.

Preferred: Related experience providing massage services or supporting client wellness is advantageous, as is familiarity with maintaining treatment records and explaining aftercare. A calm, respectful manner helps build trust and contributes to a positive client experience.

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
