Performance Recovery Therapy (PRT) is a growing multidisciplinary clinic with two locations in Toronto: Scarborough and East York. The team integrates physiotherapy, chiropractic, and registered massage therapy with a full recovery suite, including a corrective-exercise gym, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and Normatec compression. PRT focuses on helping community members move better, recover faster, and perform at their best while providing practitioners with strong support, steady patient flow, and modern scheduling and administrative systems.

Applicants can learn more about the clinic and services at prtherapyinc.This is a full time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role based at our Scarborough, ON clinic. The RMT will provide high-quality therapeutic massage care, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of patient-centered massage therapy services. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive intake assessments, documenting treatment notes, collaborating with physiotherapists and chiropractors, and educating patients on self-care and recovery strategies.





The RMT will help support clinic operations by maintaining a clean treatment setting, managing appointment times effectively, and contributing to a positive, professional patient experience. The role also involves participating in team communication, occasional case discussions, and clinic initiatives that promote integrated care and patient outcomes. Strong therapeutic massage skills, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques.

Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and Stress Management-focused treatments.

Proven Customer

Service skills with an emphasis on empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered communication. Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program and eligibility to practice in Ontario. Strong charting and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory and confidentiality standards.
