Reform Clinics is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness clinic in Oakville.

This is an opportunity to step into an existing caseload rather than build a practice entirely from the ground up. The successful RMT will also benefit from ongoing internal referrals and collaborative care with our chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage therapy providers.

We are looking for a dependable team member who understands the value of communication and multidisciplinary collaboration in achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.

Compensation

Compensation is offered as either:

- 65/35 split in favour of the RMT; or
- 70/30 split in favour of the RMT

The applicable split will be determined based on experience, availability and the mutually agreed schedule. What Reform Clinics Provides

Our reception team manages the administrative workload so that the RMT can focus on patient care, documentation and developing a sustainable practice.

Responsibilities

- Complete appropriate patient assessments and obtain informed consent
- Develop and provide individualized massage therapy treatment plans
- Deliver safe, evidence-informed and patient-centred care

- Maintain timely, accurate and compliant clinical records




- Provide appropriate home-care and self-management recommendations
- Communicate professionally with patients and clinic staff

- Collaborate with other treating providers, when clinically appropriate and with patient consent
- Participate positively in internal referrals and multidisciplinary patient management
- Maintain skilled, ethical, privacy and infection-control standards

- Keep the treatment room organized and ready for patient care
- Manage appointment availability and complete documentation promptly

Required Qualifications

- Active General Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario

- Current professional liability insurance
- Commitment to CMTO standards, informed consent, privacy and accurate documentation
- Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional, dependable and patient-focused
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

RMTs at different stages of their careers are welcome to apply, provided active CMTO registration is in place before beginning practice.

Schedule The RMT will have meaningful control over their working schedule and time off. Regular treatment blocks will be established based on therapist availability, room availability and patient demand.

Availability for weekday evenings and/or weekends is considered an asset.
