Deliver professional nursing care at Chartwell while supporting older adults through assessment, medication administration, and person-centered relationships. Work flexible schedule as required. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will support residents' health, safety, and daily experience within a welcoming residence.

You will monitor health status, administer treatments, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals. The position also includes supporting transitions, addressing concerns, and guiding care staff.
