Manager, Regulatory, you will guide compliant Canadian brokerage products under CIRO, CSA, and FINTRAC oversight. This hands-on role connects product, engineering, compliance, and operations while supporting crypto-asset trading, equities, options, and registered accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner across teams to ship regulated Canadian brokerage products
- Build and maintain regulatory product processes
- Monitor adherence to policies across product lines
- Track regulatory changes affecting Robinhood
- Deliver product updates for recent requirements Requirements:
- Five or more years working with Canadian brokerage products
- Deep knowledge of CIRO rules for OEO brokerages
- Understanding of Canadian securities law and CSA CTP frameworks
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical projects
