This fully remote role is essential for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of catering deliveries and pickups. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with multiple catering partners and delivery drivers, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise.

Coordinate and optimize delivery routes and schedules for catering orders across designated areas.
Communicate effectively with catering partners to confirm order readiness and pickup times. Liaise with third-party delivery services and drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of food. Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities,
including delivery times, routes, and any exceptions. Collaborate with customer support to handle any delivery-related client inquiries or complaints. Provide feedback to management on logistical performance and suggest improvements.
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination, preferably in a food delivery or catering environment. Proficiency in using GPS tracking software, route optimization tools, and communication platforms.
