About the position
We are looking for reliable, motivated and organized people to contribute to customer service and administrative tasks related to purchases. Selected individuals will help respond to customer requests, communicate available promotions and coordinate rewards offered to eligible customers.
Responsibilities
● Respond to customer requests and send them updates by email.
● Provide information about promotions, discounts, gift cards and rewards programs.
● Help coordinate rewards requests and follow up with customers.
● When an eligible customer's reward includes a physical item available in store, help organize their collection or purchase in accordance with company-approved procedures.
● Maintain professional communication and keep accurate records of customer interactions.
● Respect internal procedures and follow up on assigned tasks.
Remuneration and work-related purchases The expected remuneration for this position is $24 to $34 CAD per hour, depending on the conditions agreed with the employer.
Employees should not use their personal funds or advance money to make business purchases.
Training and employment contract
Training will be organized to present the responsibilities of the position, work procedures and methods of communication with clients.
An employment contract will be provided after the training, in accordance with the conditions agreed between the employer and the person selected.
The terms of remuneration during the training, the start date of the work and the conditions of employment will be clearly communicated to the candidates.

● Valuable written communication skills.
● Reliable Internet access and compatible device with tasks to be performed.
● Sense of organization and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
