This Team Lead directs controllers responsible for protected, reliable, and compliant renewable asset operations. You will handle abnormal scenarios, coordinate real-time responses, and communicate with internal teams, sites, and grid operators. Success requires experience with control room operations, renewable technologies, SCADA systems, and regulated power environments.

Key Responsibilities

Direct controller activities during daily renewable operations

Respond to outages, alarms, weather events, and instructions

Serve as escalation point during complex events

Requirements

Five years of experience in a similar operational role

Experience in a 24/7 control room environment

Knowledge of power generation and grid operations
