- Provide the correct solution and explain the reasoning behind it.
- Define objective criteria for correctness to ensure consistent evaluation.
- Review problems for technical accuracy and soundness of method.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable problems.
Requirements
- Robust relevant experience in hands-on research or practice.
- Ability to clearly explain correct answers for verification by other engineers.
- Publications or a record of technical contribution is a plus.
- AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not required.
