AgeCare Cariboo Place in Williams Lake, BC is seeking a Resident Care Attendant reporting to the Director of Care. You will ensure and support resident care services in line with provincial standards to maintain high-quality care.

Key duties include observing residents, contributing to the Nursing Care Plan, assisting with bathing, transfers, feeding, and routine treatments, and collaborating with the nursing team to address individual needs.
