Crème De La Crème Cleaning is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual / On-Call Residential Cleaning Technician.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys residential cleaning, takes pride in their work, and is looking for occasional weekday shifts without committing to a regular weekly schedule.

Please note: This is an occasional, on-call position. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on operational needs, employee absences, vacation coverage, and additional cleaning appointments.

Pay & Perks

Position Details – Casual / On-Call This position is designed to provide additional support to our regular cleaning team when needed.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:45 AM and 3:45 PM
- Hours: Occasional and variable, based on company needs
- Shift availability: May include advance notice or short-notice requests
- Work locations: Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Stayner, Tiny Beaches, and surrounding areas
- Employment type: Casual / On-Call

You may be contacted to cover employee absences, scheduled vacations, or additional cleaning appointments. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week.





We understand that on-call employees may have other commitments. However, we are looking for someone who can offer reasonable flexibility and dependable availability when accepting shifts.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential cleaning using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
- Work independently or alongside another cleaning technician
- Follow cleaning instructions and established company procedures
- Maintain a professional, respectful attitude in clients' homes
- Communicate effectively regarding availability and accepted shifts
- Consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results

Dependability Matters Because our clients rely on scheduled cleaning appointments, reliability is especially important in this role.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can occasionally accept weekday shifts, including some on short notice
- Responds to scheduling requests in a timely manner
- Arrives punctually and prepared for accepted shifts
- Has reliable transportation
- Takes pride in completing work thoroughly and professionally
- Understands the importance of following through on accepted commitments

Flexibility is important, but dependability is essential.

What You'll Need

- Reliable vehicle, valid Ontario driver's licence, and current insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and mobile data
- Availability for occasional weekday shifts between 8:45 AM and 3:45 PM
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with residential cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
- Ability to meet company background screening requirements
