As Director, you will support Manitoba’s healthcare system through labour relations strategies, medical compensation analysis, and workforce planning. The position requires leadership in negotiations, collaboration with executives, service partners, specialists, and legal counsel.

Lead provincial medical labour relations and compensation services
Develop, evaluate, and implement contract negotiations
Five years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
