Smitty's Selkirk is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team!
If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in the restaurant industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Coordinating and leading Front of House staff to ensure excellent food quality and outstanding guest service.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Building a positive, supportive, and high-performing team.
- Training and coaching staff on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensuring the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
- Leading by example and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required to support the success of the operation.
What We're Looking For:
- Smart Choices Certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous Front of House supervisory experience or restaurant serving experience.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.
- Someone who stays calm and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Don't have management experience? That's okay! We are happy to train the right person who has the drive, attitude, and restaurant experience to grow into this role.
