Job Summary

GreenTee Richmond Golf Centre is a premium indoor golf and lifestyle destination in Richmond, BC, featuring exclusive membership services, VIP private suites, and upscale dining experiences.

Our facility is home to Crystal Jade Palace, a premium Chinese dining concept under the internationally recognized Crystal Jade Group.

We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our opening team.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. While previous fine dining experience is an asset, we place greater value on restaurant service experience, communication skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared dining areas.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.




- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- English proficiency is required. Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with guests in English.
- Chinese language skills are an asset, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fine dining, upscale restaurant, or VIP hospitality experience is an asset, but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must meet applicable BC food and liquor service certification requirements.
