Love coffee, great conversations, and making someone's day? We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and sales-savvy person to join our Beanwise team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping customers find their perfect coffee, equipment, and accessories.
- Creating a welcoming shopping experience and driving sales.
- Opening and closing the store independently.
- Receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
- Carrying boxes and merchandise up and down stairs.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail sales experience is a must.
- Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Confidence working independently, including opening and closing the store.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to sell.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and regularly use stairs while carrying merchandise.
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Coffee knowledge or experience? That's a bonus!
