We are overhauling our Salesforce system, which will require significant updates to the data models and pipelines that support revenue reporting. We also lack scalable visibility into self-serve revenue due to fragmented data sources and manual reporting processes. This role will help build and maintain the data infrastructure and automated reporting needed to support these changes and improve visibility across go-to-market and finance teams.
What you would do - Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and processes that help teams make data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Help maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other go-to-market systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to bring together customer data across product usage, sales activity, marketing engagement, support, and contract data.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting for go-to-market and finance leadership.
- Assist with data pipelines and processes that connect data across Salesforce, BigQuery, and other systems.
- Help identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests from the Revenue team. Conditions and benefits stated - January 4 Location:
