We are looking for experienced roofers, shinglers, and general labourers to join our team.

Whether you have years of roofing experience or are looking to get started in the trade, we want to hear from you.

We offer opportunities to work on both commercial flat roofing and residential shingling projects, with year-round work opportunities, including flat roofing projects throughout the winter months.

Experience in both flat roofing and shingling is ideal but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who want to learn and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

- Installation, repair, and replacement of commercial flat roofing and residential shingle roofing systems.
- Installation of SOPREMA modified bitumen roofing membranes, insulation, and related roofing components.
- Installation of asphalt and SBS shingles on sloped roofs.
- Removal of existing roofing materials and preparation of surfaces for new installations.
- Identification and repair of roof leaks and other roofing deficiencies.
- Loading, unloading, and handling roofing materials and equipment.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and secure job sites.
- Working alongside crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Qualifications We are hiring at all experience levels.



Previous roofing experience is an asset but is not required for entry-level positions.

Successful candidates should have

- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- The physical ability to perform demanding construction work, including lifting and handling roofing materials.
- A commitment to following workplace safety procedures.
- Flexibility with working hours and occasional out-of-town projects.

The following are considered assets:
- Experience in flat roofing, residential shingling, or general construction.
- Experience with SOPREMA modified bitumen roofing systems.
- Valid Ontario Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications.
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Experience supervising or leading roofing crews.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive wages: $21–$45 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
- Monthly Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for all eligible hours worked during a month with no unexcused absences or late arrivals. Bonus eligibility is assessed monthly.

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
