Job Summary The Roofing Estimator develops accurate, competitive project estimates by reviewing plans, assessing scope, and evaluating labor and material costs. This role works with project teams to support informed bidding and smooth project planning.

Duties

- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to define roofing scope and identify estimating considerations.
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and pricing, using Bluebeam or planswift to organize quantities, costs, and bid information.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to confirm pricing, clarify scope, and support bid preparation.
- Apply negotiation and project management skills to address estimate questions and communicate updates. Your impact: Clear, reliable estimates help colleagues plan work and submit well-supported bids.

Qualifications

Required

-Must know how to read plans/blue prints in the construction space





Practical construction estimating and pricing capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to review project documents, organize cost information, and communicate estimate assumptions clearly. Comfort using estimating tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid supports accurate, efficient work.

Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with roofing projects are valuable. Negotiation, project management, and experience coordinating pricing or bid details with project teams, suppliers, or subcontractors can strengthen your contribution.

Pay: $93,300.00-$126,000.00 per year
