We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support enterprise information technology implementations and business transformation initiatives for the Province of New Brunswick.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements validation, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, implementation readiness, and user acceptance testing. The role will involve documenting current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, supporting cross-functional workshops, coordinating with implementation partners and third-party vendors, and ensuring that business, technical, and operational readiness activities are completed effectively.

Work Arrangement The successful resource will be primarily working remotely. The resource will be available onsite as per the agreed schedule between Work Safe NB and the resource. All onsite work, when required, will be undertaken at one central Work Safe NB office in Saint John, located at 1 Portland Street.

Description Mandatory Requirements The Candidate Must Meet The Following Mandatory Experience Requirements

- 3 Years: Experience supporting business analysis for enterprise information technology solutions, including assessing impacts to business processes, data, integrations, reporting, security roles, and operational procedures.
- 5 Years: Experience performing business analysis activities on a complex technology implementation, including requirements validation, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- 3 Years:



Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, and defining operational impacts.
- 3 Years: Experience planning or supporting implementation-readiness activities such as business process validation, data readiness, testing, training, change impacts, cutover, and operational readiness.
- 3 Years: Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with business, technical, project, and vendor stakeholders and translating outcomes into clear actions and deliverables.
- 3 Years: Experience developing structured Business Analysis (BA) deliverables such as requirements, process maps, gap analyses, decision logs, traceability matrices, readiness assessments, and action plans.
- 3 Years: Experience working with implementation partners or third-party vendors.
- 3 Years: Experience supporting user acceptance testing and business validation.

Deliverables The successful resource must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement. The Specific Deliverables Will Be Assigned Based On Project Priorities And Readiness Needs And May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Current-state and future-state process documentation, gap analyses, requirements, readiness assessments, action plans, decision logs, and other assigned business analysis artifacts.
- Working-session materials, documented outcomes, decisions, action items, owners, and target completion dates.
- Analysis and documentation supporting business process, data, testing, training, change, cutover, and operational-readiness activities.
- Identification, documentation, and tracking of readiness gaps, risks, issues, dependencies, and assigned actions.
- Regular status updates outlining progress,



upcoming activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions required.

Performance and Timelines Deliverables will be completed in accordance with priorities and timelines established by the Project Manager.

Deliverables must be accurate, complete, maintained in the designated project repository, and accepted by the applicable project lead or stakeholder.

Updates and revisions will be completed within agreed-upon timeframes, and assigned actions will be tracked through to completion or formal reassignment.
