We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer – Siebel CRM with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, integrating, implementing, and maintaining complex Siebel Public Sector CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Siebel Public Sector 8.x, Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Services, RESTful APIs, Siebel Open UI, Smart Scripts, Task-Based UI, Siebel BI Publisher, data modelling, and enterprise system integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing complex CRM applications, integrating Siebel with internal and external systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing Single Sign-On solutions, supporting data migrations, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, technical architecture, and established development methodologies.

Must Have
- 10+ years of proven experience designing and developing large, complex Siebel CRM solutions that meet defined business requirements and project deliverables.
- 10+ years of experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance, and capacity of existing systems and determine the need and feasibility of expansion, renovation, or replacement.
- Ability to gather client business requirements, corporate I⁢ information mandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment requirements, and standards.
- Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short-term and long-term CRM solution service development activities.

Description General Responsibilities and Skills

- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues.

- 10+ years of experience, including recent experience, in solutioning and hands-on configuration of complex Siebel Public Sector solutions, including integration with Siebel e-Services, Siebel Remote, Siebel EAI, EIM, SMART Script, Web Services, and Siebel BI Publisher.
- 10+ years of experience integrating with Single Sign-On solutions such as OID, GO-PKI, and Public Secure.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Web Services using SOAP.
- 5+ years of experience developing integrations using REST services.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task-Based UI.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the JavaScript Bootstrap framework.
- 10+ years of experience developing unit testing scripts.
- 10+ years of experience setting up and developing solutions with multi-organization data structures and data visibility.
- 10+ years of experience configuring picklists and lists of values (LOVs) for multiple organizations and multiple languages.
- 2+ years of experience configuring Siebel IP 20.x.
- Technical Skills – 25%
- 10+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x.
- 10+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services, data transformation, and integration.




- 10+ years of experience with Siebel data modelling and EIM.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
- 10+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Siebel e-Services, Siebel EIM, BI Publisher reports, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience planning ETL migrations of data from legacy solutions to new Siebel solutions using tools such as EIM and developing custom data loaders.
- Installation, Design, Configuration, Integration and Troubleshooting – 30%
- 10+ years of hands-on experience installing, designing, and configuring complex Siebel Public Sector systems, including the use of Siebel ADM, Oracle OID for Single Sign-On authentication, and Siebel server-to-server encryption for highly sensitive data.
- 10+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in large, complex Siebel Public Sector systems, including integrations with several systems and the use of Single Sign-On.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience integrating Siebel Public Sector with non-Siebel systems such as ESRI, Address Lookups (e.g., Canada Post), SaaS solutions such as Oracle Service Cloud, and traditional middleware such as BizTalk.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with development best practices and standards using Siebel Repository.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in API design and implementation, including building, scaling, versioning, and maintaining production-grade REST APIs.
- 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies.
- Experience and understanding of Workspace and parallel development.
